I know that Acai Bowls are a very popular breakfast or snack, but not everyone has the opportunity to buy acai powder. Today I’ll give you my favorite recipe that you can eat for breakfast, a snack, or for dinner! It’s very nutritious and full of antioxidants.
Berry Bowl Smoothie
Ingredients for the bottom
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- ½ cup filtered water
- 1 cup of a berry mix
- 2 tsp of coconut sugar
- Vanilla
Mix everything in the blender or nutribullet
Ingredients for the top
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- 1 teaspoon of gluten free oats and poppy seeds
