Here’s an quick and easy sauce for freshly cooked asparagus that will definitely get you eating your veggies!
Best Sauce EVER for Cooked Asparagus!
Ingredients
- 400 grams fresh asparagus – grilled, roasted or steamed (cook as you prefer)
Sauce
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBSP fresh finely grated ginger (I use a microplane grater) or substitute ¼ tsp ground ginger
Directions
- While the asparagus is cooking combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Voila, the sauce is ready to pour over your cooked asparagus.
