Blueberry Crisp KETO Style

This is my own concoction. If there are any more like it, it’s just coincidence.

Blueberry Crisp KETO Style

Ingredients And Directions 

  • 4 cups frozen blueberries in a 8×9″ baking pan
  • Crumble 1 bag pork rinds without the MSG and cut in 1/4 cup hard butter just like you would with oatmeal. Mix in 1 tbsp swerve sweetener and 1 tbsp cinnamon and put it on top of the blueberries
  • Bake in 350 oven until bubbly
  • Take 1/2 cup whipping cream and whip until fairly stiff
  • Put nice size dollop on top

Makes about 4 servings.

This is not an everyday thing.  I have it once in a while.  This way I don’t miss berry crisps.
