Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring! You need to start your day with helping your whole metabolism flush excess acids not digested from the day before. A Chinese routine includes 4-5 glasses of water, followed by a light exercise routine.
Breakfast Bonus
You can add a few drops of lemon juice, or even a wedge or two, for flavor in your water. The acid values converts to alkaline; warm or room temperature is best- BONUS. Different blood types have minor changes and requirements. Since I’m an “O” type, I begin my smoothie with one scoop of Protein Powder, made from Rice Protein Concentrate, Arabinogalactan, apple fibre, Pectin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Bromelain and Biotin.
Each of those ingredients packs nutritional fuel in itself! BONUS. Depending how I feel, and what I have on hand, this quick-fix meal continues with a base of 1 cup of almond milk. I like to add about another cup of Structured water, as it is ‘living’, memory-free, has a higher absorbency with many nutritional values and tastes great. BONUS. I add +/-1/4 c. each of home-canned peaches, raspberries and blueberries.
Blood type ‘O’s’ are often deficient in iodine, so 1/4 tsp of 100% organic kelp powder goes in the blender, too. As multi-mineral super foods, 1/4-1/2 tsp each of Moringa powder and Maca powder is added. BONUS. Nature has a wonderful way to pack a power-house of minerals into small portions that makes living that much easier to ‘grab and go’. With anti-oxidants now included, I add a tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil, psyllium husks, and a sprinkle of cinnamon (a natural blood sugar balancer). BONUS.
Wow, blend for 15 seconds, or so, pour into a large cup and enjoy in the morning sunshine! Ingredients can be exchanged for other fruits and once a month I add an iron boost. This is easily modified daily, there’s no rules, just nutrition in a readily ‘digest-able’ form that can also be taken at lunch time.
Take care of your body, you only have one. BONUS!
