Well today was one of those days. I was tired and I didn’t feel like cooking, not even a simple oatmeal bowl (which I love). So today was smoothie day.
Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
Strawberry and Mango Smoothie
- 1/2 a cup of frozen mangos
- 1/2 a cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of oats
Directions
- Put everything in a blender with 1 cup of water and blend it
- If you want to add more water you can do it depending on the consistency you prefer
- Also you can use half a cup of water and half a cup of your favourite non dairy milk
- I don’t like my smoothie too milky
