As a university student, my mornings can get pretty hectic, and I’m always on the lookout for a healthy breakfast that is quick and easy to make! I’ve recently started making smoothies for breakfast, and I’m loving it! It has become one of my favourite ways to start my day, and it is packed full of fibre, protein, and healthy fats. Not only does it keep me full all morning long, but it is quick to make, and easy to drink on the go. Plus, it tastes great!
This is my recipe for my go-to morning smoothie, and it is an excellent source of Vitamin C, B6, K, Omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, and many other amazing nutrients.
