As I said on my last post, you have to take care of your chromium intake because it plays an essential role in glucose and lipids metabolism. so if you want to give a little boost you can have this wonderful salad because all these ingredients are good sources.
Chromium Boost Vegetarian Salad
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 Small broccoli head
- 2 Big handful of water cress
- 1 Big pear (sliced)
- Comté Cheese
- 1 Handful of pecan and brazil nuts broken
- Canola oil and balsamic oil for the salad dressing
- Black pepper
- Beer yeast
Directions
- Steam the broccoli while it’s cooking, wash the water cress, and slice the pear and the cheese. You can do the salad dressing as well and cut the nuts.
- Take two plates and put the water cress on it, put the broccoli on it, add the pear around, the cheese in the middle and sprinkle with the nuts and the beer yeast.
- Add the salad dressing on top and enjoy this yummy salad!
(I love the warm broccoli on the salad)
