We all get that craving for chocolate, and when we grab for that chocolate bar knowing it’s not exactly a healthy food to be munching on. Well, I am here to help you with that chocolate craving with a delicious creamy chocolate pudding. Let me tell you, I can eat an entire cup of this and not feel bad about it. And do you know why? Because it is healthy!!!
This recipe only requires four ingredients and a blender… and well a spoon to eat it with.
Creamy Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 2 dried dates
- 1/4 cup cashew milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- Optional, use a scoop of chocolate organic whey protein and reduce the cacao to 1Tbsp
Instructions
Blend up in your blender, I use a Nutribullet, and Enjoy! A filling chocolatey dessert full of both good macro and micronutrients that tastes absolutely delicious.
