Dates have incredible health benefits. They are delicious and nutritious. Dates contain many vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin A and vitamin K. Dates contain a great source of energy, sugar and fiber.
These fruits are incredible in healing the body.

I personally love dates because I have a huge sweet tooth and they taste like maple syrup. Yum!
