Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy
When I first heard the word DETOX I didn’t really get it. I didn’t really understand what I was detoxing and why. That was Until I was Hit With LYME disease. I quickly Became Interested in every form of detoxing the body on every level the body can be detoxed.
For me I was Killing Off LYME disease and wanted to detox from the Death Of that, But like everybody Else including myself, we are exposed to toxins, from environmental pollutants, preservatives, heavy metals, molds, pesticides, and awful chemicals. We need to detox this out of our body we don’t want it storing up in there we have to get it out, so health issues don’t arise. Signs that you may have a Toxic Over load in your body are Bad breath, Mood swings, Low energy, Skin problems (uh huh), Bloating (oh yes), constipation, headaches, Body aches and pains, nausea, Belly fat(oh is that what that is), Food cravings(SUGARRR).
My first form Of detox That I started to do daily Is LEMON IN MY WATER EVERYDAY, WHY? Not only does drinking lemon in your water everyday give those people who struggle to drink their daily Requirement of water a little Sweet Flava, Lemons contain many different Vitamins Including Magnesium, Vitamin C, Calcium, Citric acid, Pectin, and Bioflavonoids. I found that the Lemon water helps speed up my metabolism, It helps in aiding my immune system to help fight infections and LYME.
I cut up lemons for my kids to take to school for there water to help there immune system fight all the germs at school, as lemons contain strong antibacterial, antiviral “super powers”. I wanted to post This very Easy Way we can all detox during the day! Keep In mind If you are drinking Lots of fresh lemon water you will be making more frequent trips too the Bathroom. One Of My favorite Detox Water Recipes That is easy and yummy!!
Detox Water
- In large Water bottle or glass combine
- 1/2 Cucumber( Depending on cup size)
- 10 mint leaves (Depending on cup size)
- 2 WHOLE lemons (Juice)
MORNING WATER JUMP START
- Warm Cups of water
- add 2-3 Fresh squeezed lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon organic Honey
*Energy Boost, Controls blood pressure, Balances PH level, Improves Digestion.
