I love starting my morning with an energizing smoothie. This smoothie is totally kid approved and a great way to sneak in extra veggies and fruit into your children’s diet.
Energizing Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 huge handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1-2 cups of almond milk, depending on how thick you like it!
Directions
- Throw all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately!
