Gluten Free, Dairy Free Pizza Crust

Looking for a substitute for that standard refined pizza crust? Are you gluten and/or dairy sensitive? Give this a try!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup almond flour (ground almonds)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

 

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Coat 8×8 pan with coconut oil
  • Combine dry ingredients (tapioca flour, coconut flour & almond flour) in a bowl and whisk until no lumps are present
  • Whisk in wet ingredients (egg, coconut oil & almond milk) until a smooth texture is formed
  • Pour mixture into coated pan
  • Place in oven (middle rack) for 10-12 minutes (crust should slightly bubble)
  • Remove crust from oven, add desired toppings and place pizza back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes
