Gluten Free, Dairy Free Pizza Crust
Looking for a substitute for that standard refined pizza crust? Are you gluten and/or dairy sensitive? Give this a try!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees
- Coat 8×8 pan with coconut oil
- Combine dry ingredients (tapioca flour, coconut flour & almond flour) in a bowl and whisk until no lumps are present
- Whisk in wet ingredients (egg, coconut oil & almond milk) until a smooth texture is formed
- Pour mixture into coated pan
- Place in oven (middle rack) for 10-12 minutes (crust should slightly bubble)
- Remove crust from oven, add desired toppings and place pizza back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes
