Greek Guac-Tzatziki Chip or Veggie Dip
This recipe is sure to be a guest or party favourite! It brings a different spin on your traditional veggie or chip dip. Try this healthy, creamy, Mediterranean-inspired dip for your next craving. Recipe and ingredients below:
What You Need:
- 1-2 avocados
- 1 container plain yogurt (Greek yogurt is best)
- ½ of an English cucumber
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper and dill to taste (dill optional)
- 2 teaspoons of grated lemon zest (optional)
Directions
- Add avocados, cucumber and spices….blend until smooth
- Put blended mixture into a mixing bowl
- Mix in yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil
- Mix all together and add spices to taste…top with dill
- Place in refrigerator for 4 hours and serve with veggies, tortillas or pita
