Guilt Free Frozen Yogurt & Mug Cake

This is one of my favorite “clean” treats, and it is super easy to make and has no added sugar.

Frozen Yogurt Recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa  powder
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Then cover and place in the freezer, it usually sets with 1 -2 hours. If you would like to store it longer, take it out 45 minutes – 1 hour before you would like to eat it, or put it back in the food processor for a minute.

Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax & 3 tablespoons water – let it sit for a few minutes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • *Option to add 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup for sweetness

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a mug and microwave for 2 – 3 minutes (check after 2).

 

Once cooked, add frozen yogurt ton top and enjoy!
