If you’re craving for a bit of a sweeter breakfast or snack, banana pancakes are perfect, it’s quick to cook and healthy!
Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 crown of organic vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of butter
Directions
- Mosaic banana with fork in a bowl
- Knock down the eggs, sprinkle the vanilla powder and whisk together into a sticky pulp
- Cut out the batter like small plates or some larger pancakes in a frying pan
- Use the butter for the frying
- Bake the banana pancakes on both sides at low heat
- Serving any
- With a click of Turkish yogurt and some sliced fruit or fresh berries
