This is my FAVOURITE snack! I try to make it at least once a week to have with meals or as a snack during the day.

Healthy Recipe: Yam Fries

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Yams (depending on size)
  • Olive oil
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Thyme

Directions

  • Cut yams into sections (I do mine fry style) and place on baking sheet
  • Drizzle on olive oil and all seasonings
  • Rub all together in order to get the best coverage of flavour
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 min, flipping half way
