This is my FAVOURITE snack! I try to make it at least once a week to have with meals or as a snack during the day.
Healthy Recipe: Yam Fries
Ingredients
- 1-2 Yams (depending on size)
- Olive oil
- Himalayan Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Thyme
Directions
- Cut yams into sections (I do mine fry style) and place on baking sheet
- Drizzle on olive oil and all seasonings
- Rub all together in order to get the best coverage of flavour
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 min, flipping half way
