Healthy Superfood Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic plain Kefir
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp each: flax, chia seeds, and hemp
- 1 tsp Cacao
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1/4 cup kale leaves (stem removed)
- Dash of cinnamon
- TBS of goji berries (softened in hot water if too chewy)
- Handful of baby carrots
- 1 scoop of protein powder (whatever you like, I use a cold pressed Whey Concentrate)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender, and mix
- You can add in any supplements, like fish oils etc that you are taking, and they you won’t taste them.
