Hemp Seeds: Natures Tiny Super Food

Hemp seeds or hemp hearts are one of the many natures super food.  They provide many health benefits.  These tiny seeds contain a great source of vitamin E and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc. Hemps seeds are rich in the two essential fatty acids: linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).

They provide a balance of all the essential amino acids making it a great source of protein especially for those who mainly consume a plant based diet or for those who are vegetarians.
