Herbed Tilapia
Ingredients
- 2 4-6 ounce Tilapia filets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash the tilapia and sprinkle with herbs.
- Put olive oil in pan and heat to spread the oil.
- Place tilapia into a pan and cook on medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until fish is lightly flaked.
Pair with your favourite steamed vegetable and brown rice!
