Homemade Healthy Oats Muffins – No Oil, No Flour

Healthy Oatmeal Banana Muffins

Ingredients 

  • 1 Cup oatmeal ,1/2 cup flax seeds ,1/3 cup chia seeds blend them together till they became like flour
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Apple soften in the microwave or a half a cup apple sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut flax
  • 2 tbsp Seeds ( sunflowers seeds, pumpkin  seeds )
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple sugar or honey
  • 1 Egg

Directions 

  • Mix all together
  • Spray muffin pan and add the mix
