Healthy Oatmeal Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 Cup oatmeal ,1/2 cup flax seeds ,1/3 cup chia seeds blend them together till they became like flour
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Apple soften in the microwave or a half a cup apple sauce
- 2-3 tbsp coconut flax
- 2 tbsp Seeds ( sunflowers seeds, pumpkin seeds )
- 2-3 tbsp Maple sugar or honey
- 1 Egg
Directions
- Mix all together
- Spray muffin pan and add the mix
