Morning Drink
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or grey Celtic Sea Salt.
- 1/2 organic lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of organic aloe vera juice (lily of the desert)
- 1/4 tsp organic ginger powder place it on the nightstand night before.
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Place it on the nightstand night before
(drink this as soon as the alarm goes off)
If you are having bathroom issues this will help you get things moving. This will not only help with Adrenals and the intake of extra fibre and minerals, but it will also help you wake up if you have a hard time getting up in the morning.
