My Favourite Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter!)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mash the banana and then add the peanut butter and yogurt and mix well
- Add the dry ingredients, mix well and then add the milk
- Transfer into a container with a lid, I like to use mason jars as they are air tight and won’t spill in my bag!
- Place in the refrigerator overnight
Single serving. Will keep for up to 5 days.
It can be warmed up or eaten cold, I like mine a little warmed up with blueberries added! Be creative and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
