No GMO please.

An attempt to make you go organic.

Genetically modified organisms, better recognized as GMO’s. The simplest way to describe GMO’s is that they are organisms that have been scientifically manipulated to be pest resistant, have a longer shelf life, sustain in harsh environments and be bigger, brighter and just PERFECT with no flaws. In the early 1990’s GMO’s were introduced in the market for human consumption. I don’t know about you, but I sure felt like a experiment. Personally, I like seeing little worm holes in my produce and seeing small apples and lumpy carrots.

I have a choice not to participate in this study of mass population distribution of genetically modified food, and I encourage everyone to do the same. They say the gut is the second brain of the body, so let’s choose the least amount of pesticides on our food, let’s grow our own food or buy local.

Buying organic is ensuring you and your family are getting the highest amount of nutrients with very little herbicides and pesticides. I’ve heard the excuses and that’s exactly what they are… Excuses. I get it, it’s more expensive or maybe you don’t trust that you’re actually getting  organic. I want to tell you that you are worth it! Do your research, compare organic and non organic veggies in your grocery store I promise you will learn to see the difference. Your health is worth investing in and don’t think that it’s not.
