I enjoy making smoothies. They are simple, fast and delicious. You can add just about anything to your blender and I guarantee it will taste delicious. I make smoothies everyday for breakfast. It’s easy and quick for me to get all my nutrients in for my day to start while I am working. Sometimes I add greens to my smoothie or sometimes I just want the pure taste of fruits. This Pineapple Green smoothie has greens in it, hence the title. I use spinach since it has less of a taste. I prefer tasting my fruits. This recipe only needs just a few simple ingredients..
Pineapple Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1 cup of coconut water (or plain old H20)
- 1 tbsp or so of raw honey
Place all the ingredients into your blender and blitz away! You can do so much with smoothies. The possibilities are endless. If you want, add a scoop of your choice of protein powder to really get you through the day. I like to keep them simple because I love fruit and this recipe allows my taste buds to enjoy the delicious sweet and sour pineapple. YUM! 😉
