Today I’ll share a super delicous vegan breakfast recipe.
A combination of chocolate, banana and cashew nuts, perfect for a luxurious weekend breakfast!
Probably The Best Breakfast In The World!
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1.5 dl cashew nuts (preferably soaked at least 8 hours)
- 1 ripe banana
- 0.5-1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- About 0.5 dl coconut drink (or other drink not made on milk base)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Mix the cashew nuts until they are finely divided
- Then pour the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth “smudge”
- Pour into a bowl and allow to stand for a while before cooking
