Life is better when you have variety!!! Especially when it’s a no mess, no fuss, healthy raw chocolate treat, full of goodness, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. If you think 8 isn’t enough then just double the recipe, they sure are delicious and most importantly GUILT FREE!!! YUMMO!!!
Raw Cacao Bliss Balls
Makes: 8 Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoons raw organic honey
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 2 tablespoons cashew paste
- 2 tablespoons hulled tahini
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Toppings of choice
- Acai powder
- crushed walnuts
- chia seeds
- sesame seeds
- cacao powder
- raw oats
- shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until all moist and stuck together
- Roll mixture into medium sized balls and coat with topping of your choice
- Place on non stick baking paper on top of dish and place in freezer to chill
Serve cold as a snack or dessert!
