Recipe: Gluten-Free Salad Dressing From Pantry Items

November 14, 2017

When you’re gluten-free, it can be hard to find a salad dressing that you can eat that isn’t full of words-you-can’t-pronounce stuff.

Here’s my go-to salad dressing recipe.

It’s quick, easy, and made from standard gluten-free pantry items.

We use it on a variety of salads… From vegetarian side salads, to salmon or chicken dinner salads.

Recipe: Gluten-Free Salad Dressing From Pantry Items

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
• 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Place all 3 ingredients in a small dish, mix together with a small fork, then dump over salad.
  • Toss.
  • Serves 1 large dinner, or 2 side salads.

If you keep your sesame oil in the fridge, then you might find the dressing a little thick. This is because the cold oil can be syrupy. You can thin the dressing with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
