Summer is arrived, it reminded me of my mother’s usual cucumber salad. The spices inside are super delicious. I also realized that this seasoning is rich in calcium, and it is very simple to make.
Simple Delicious Sesame Paste And Garlic Salad Dressing
Ingredients
Put the following ingredients into a small bowl:
- Sesame paste 2 tbsps
- Garlic (smashed) 2~3 cloves
- Sea salt 1/4 tsp
- Maple syrup 1 tsp
- Water 4 tbsps
Directions
- Use a spoon or chopsticks to mix them thoroughly
- You may add more salt or maple syrup base on your own taste
- I also chop in some cilantro (coriander) to add more flavour
So that’s it. You can use the dressing for any kinds of vegetables: cucumber, radish, spinach, cauliflower, kale… or even chicken breast (boiled or steamed, tear into strips).
