I love sprouted lentils and this fast and easy recipe can be made raw vegan with cold pressed olive oil and raw tahini. Enjoy!
Sprouted Lentil Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh sprouted lentils
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Adjust seasoning adding more salt or lemon as needed
- Serve with raw vegetables
