Stir Fry Kale and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups of loosely packed chopped kale (organic frozen chopped kale)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Bragg seasoning of soy sauce
  • 1/2  tsp of aged cayenne hot sauce
  • Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut (optional)

Directions 

  • Chop kale into bit-sized pieces
  • Heat oil in frying pan and add kale
  • Chop onion and garlic, add onion to kale and cook until onion is softened
  • Add garlic, Bragg seasoning and hot sauce, and cook one more minute
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of coconut on top
  • Serves one, easily modified for additional servings
