Stir Fry Kale and Onions
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 cups of loosely packed chopped kale (organic frozen chopped kale)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Bragg seasoning of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of aged cayenne hot sauce
- Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut (optional)
Directions
- Chop kale into bit-sized pieces
- Heat oil in frying pan and add kale
- Chop onion and garlic, add onion to kale and cook until onion is softened
- Add garlic, Bragg seasoning and hot sauce, and cook one more minute
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of coconut on top
- Serves one, easily modified for additional servings
