Summer Blend Bison Burger Recipe 

Ingredients 

  • 2lbs Bison ground meat
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼- ½ Cup gluten free rolled oats (or almond flour)
  • 2 Shallots minced
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • Lemon zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoon Cilantro minced
  • Pinch of fresh black pepper
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

This recipe can have a multitude of toppings depending on your dietary preferences. Our choice topping is home made guacamole and served as an open face burger on a portobello mushroom.
