Summer Blend Bison Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 2lbs Bison ground meat
 - 1 Egg
 - ¼- ½ Cup gluten free rolled oats (or almond flour)
 - 2 Shallots minced
 - 1 Clove garlic minced
 - Lemon zest of ½ lemon
 - 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 Teaspoon Cilantro minced
 - Pinch of fresh black pepper
 - Pinch of Himalayan salt
 
This recipe can have a multitude of toppings depending on your dietary preferences. Our choice topping is home made guacamole and served as an open face burger on a portobello mushroom.
