There is nothing more refreshing than a nutrient dense, fresh juice in the summer! With this three ingredient Watermelon Smash, any pool party or patio dinner is sure to be a hit!
Watermelon is a high water content fruit, sure to quench your thirst in this summer heat! It is also high in calcium, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin A!
Summer Watermelon Smash!
What you need
- Blender
- Strainer
- Jar/Glass
- Muddler
Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Lime
- Mint Leaves
Directions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and add to the blender. Set aside.
- Add mint leaves into the jar or glass, and squeeze a lime wedge over them. Muddle the mint and lime wedges.
- Pour the watermelon juice trough the strainer, into the glass, over the muddled mint leaves and lime wedges.
