I love to juice. I get to eat a variety of fruits and veggies just in one glass! Because there is no fiber in juices, all the healthy nutrients go straight to the blood stream and it’ll have me reaping the benefits that much faster. This is one of my favourite juices. It’s simple!
Super Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 2 apples
- Water from 1 young Thai coconut
- 1 tsp of Spirulina
- Squeeze of lemon
Clean all your fresh produce and get ready to juice! Once all is juiced, crack open the coconut and pour that delicious drink packed full of electrolytes into your glass. With all the greens and the Spirulina you will get your protein and all the essential amino acids! It’ll keep you going for a couple of hours until your very next meal. This juice has so many vitamins and minerals. It’s also packed with antioxidants! YUM!
