The Art Of Egg Muffin
To make one egg muffin
- Preheat your oven to 400celcius
- Beat the egg like an omelette
- Put the beaten egg in a silicone baking cups. This part is extremely important, put it only in a silicone baking up because you will not have to add fat to grease the cup, nor it won’t stick like paper cups
- Bake the muffin at 400celcius for 20 minutes
- Let your muffin cool down for 2 minutes and remove them for the silicone cups
It is also good idea for meal prep! They are easily storable in the fridge for a week. Before eating them you just need to put the egg muffin for a minute in the microwave.
