Vegan Oat Pancakes!

This recipe can be made all in your blender! No bowls, no mixing, blend up and pour into a pan or waffle maker!

Vegan Oat Pancakes!

You will need

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup of your favourite plant milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, date syrup or agave nectar

Directions

  • Put the 2 cups of rolled oats in the blender first, blend until smooth
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients
  • Blend on high until mixed
  • Put into hot non stick pan or waffle iron, cook until browned on each side
  • Top with favourite toppings (blueberries, maple syrup, chocolate, peanut butter)
