This recipe can be made all in your blender! No bowls, no mixing, blend up and pour into a pan or waffle maker!
Vegan Oat Pancakes!
You will need
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 cup of your favourite plant milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, date syrup or agave nectar
Directions
- Put the 2 cups of rolled oats in the blender first, blend until smooth
- Then add the rest of the ingredients
- Blend on high until mixed
- Put into hot non stick pan or waffle iron, cook until browned on each side
- Top with favourite toppings (blueberries, maple syrup, chocolate, peanut butter)
