I have been a coffee drinker for the past 20 years. First thing in the morning, I needed that caffeine boost. After a couple hours, I noticed I needed more. If I had too much coffee my heart would speed up, I would have anxiety and I would get a headache. Two years ago, I discovered matcha tea. Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea.
It has several health benefits: High in antioxidants, increases energy level, enhances mood, detoxifies, stimulates metabolism and many more. Once I heard increase energy level and stimulates metabolism, I had to try it. I never felt better. I have so much energy through out the day. I no longer feel the crash nor anxiety. There are so many ways you can use Matcha. You can drink it, bake with it and place it inside your shakes. It’s a good and clean energy!

My Morning Tea Recipe
- Boil 8 ounce of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Matcha
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon
- Dash of cayenne pepper

- Mix all ingredients up and enjoy!
