This healthy recipe is a very good option for dinner or a snack and is very simple to do… Let’s start it!
Zucchini Pizza Bites
Ingredients
- Zucchini or Eggplant
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- Chicken
- Onion
Directions
- Chop the zucchini into round slices (or eggplant if you prefer)
- Add the tomato sauce previously cooked
- Cheese (low in fat)
- Meat (could be chicken, ground beef, pork) previously cooked
- Chopped onion and any other vegetable you like
- Put them on a piece of parchment paper and over the oven rack at 200 C until you see a golden appearance
- Remove from the oven, let them cool and Voila!
