Hello!
I have always found nutrition to be fascinating! There are so many ways to help and support you body using food. I have worked in the Health Care industry for more than 10 years and have witnessed countless times when a simple change in diet would help people instead of a bunch of medication.
I also enjoying playing outside; from swimming, paddling, running to just monkeying around. Activity is a very important part of my life as I have seen it be beneficial with so many people. I believe that with a healthy, balance diet and activity level that life becomes much more beautiful!
I look forward to gaining more knowledge with this course to help the people that I meet.
