Andrea Pomeroy

Nutrition & Wellness Coach Canada Surrey

Here to help you create a life you love!

My name is Andrea Pomeroy. I am a 35 year old woman, mother, and Clinical Nurse Specialist.  I have been a registered nurse for over 13 years, and I have focused much of my career on health promotion, disease prevention, community health, and education.  I have recently graduated with a Masters in Nursing degree with a focus on leadership and practice within the healthcare system.

I am originally from New Brunswick, but currently live in British Columbia. I have a 3 year old daughter. In my free time I spend a lot of time running, working out, reading every kind of book imaginable, and planning the next road trip with my family.

I took Nutrition and Wellness coaching with Nutraphoria to improve my practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse; as well as to provide others with the skills they need to take control of their health, and life with a newfound sense of control, and the knowledge to truly live the best life they can.

When reflecting on my philosophy of life there are two things I have read that remain with me.

“It pays to create your own certainty”; and “finding the right purpose in life is something you create”.

Too often we feel things are out of our control. But we always have control in how we respond to what life throws at us, and it is empowering knowing that we can create the life we want. Sometimes we just need a little help with getting the skills to get us there!

Yours Truly

Andrea
