I am an educator and college instructor who has always had a passion for food and nutrition. After guiding many students in setting and achieving goals to improve their health and wellbeing, I decided to become a holistic nutritionist.
I have seen first-hand how transitioning to a healthy diet can reverse disease, improve energy, and revitalize someone’s life and wellbeing. I have lots of experience with both plant-based and low-carb diets, but also believe that there is a unique diet for everyone, and I enjoy helping others discover their own healthiest menu. I am also passionate about helping others set goals and routines that stick, so that they can make lasting positive changes in their life.
