Anna is a Health and Fitness Coach. Fitness has always been a part of her life growing up and has decided to make her passion in health and fitness into a career. She graduated with a Kinesiology diploma and has worked as a personal trainer since 2018, helping clients move better and feel better through body and mind. With much focus on people’s health, she decided to pursue further education in Holistic Nutrition, as it goes really well with her career in health and fitness. The most important thing people can do for their health is improve on what they put in their mouths. Using food as medicine has opened up new avenues of health and wellness and treating many illnesses and ailments, both chronic and acute.
