I’m Annie, Naturopath and Nutritionist Practitioner. For as long as I can remember, I have always been passionate about the human body and its many wonders.  But my dedication to it got a lot more earnest when I personally started having health issues in early adulthood.  I’ve always had an inquisitive mind and an insatiable need to know the whys and hows. Since I was left unsatisfied with the band-aid solutions that were proposed to me, I started to dig deeper in search of the root cause of my health issues.  This digging led me straight to nutrition.

For years, I have studied and experimented on the healing powers of nutrition in my own life and the lives of those around me.  These discoveries have completely revolutionized my life and those who tried it. I couldn’t be more excited to share these discoveries with as many people as possible. And that’s how my project was born:  With a passion for helping others reach their health and wellness goals, I’m dedicated to providing personalized plans and guidance to help my clients achieve the results they desire. With a background in nutrition science and coaching, I have the knowledge and experience to help you make lasting changes in your life.
