My passion for nutrition was brought to light on my own journey to health, dealing and balancing hypothyroidism and struggling with anxiety and a list of food sensitivities. Having overcame these obstacles with proper nutrition, movement, and stress management it lead me on the path to want to help others achieve their goals and obtain their own optimal state of well being.
