Hi! My name is Ashlynn Evans and I live in Sioux Falls, SD. I’m married to my husband Preston Evans and together we have a beautiful baby boy and one on the way!

My journey with health started at a very young age due to my athletic background. I was a runner growing up and had to be very aware of how I nourished myself. It was then that I started reading the labels on my food; curious as to what the ingredients were.  I started to educate myself on portion sizes, calories, fat and sugar – but it was all very surface level. 

Fast forward to my second year in college; I started to struggle with acne. I tried so many different kinds of topical products to try and resolve the issue only to be disappointed in the end! I finally decided to look at my diet and discovered dairy was the culprit! That sparked my interest in learning how different foods affected my body. I started exploring antioxidants, anti-inflammatory foods, probiotics and plant based nutrition to name a few! I started to change my beauty routine to only incorporate “clean beauty products.” I started to ditch the bleach and use vinegar and essential oils for cleaning the house! Basically, my goal was to adopt a more holistic lifestyle to take care of myself and my little family. 

Fast forward to present day; now that I have developed this passion to live a more holistic lifestyle I knew I couldn’t just keep it to myself! I want to share this knowledge and way of living with as many people as possible! It has provided me so much freedom (mentally, physically and emotionally) and it all started with a desire to learn and be better; one little step at a time.
