My interest in holistic nutrition and wellness grew after I had my kids. I started to notice more and more women around me facing the same challenge of self worth and acceptance. The obstacles to true self acceptance seem to grow as we deal with how our bodies and lives change after having children. Using the practical applications of what I learn from this course, along with my core believe that we are all enough, just as we are, I hope to be able to support women (and men) in discovering daily practices that will lead to healthy choices about what we put in, on and around our minds and bodies.
