I help empower busy women to take control of their health, break free from self-sabotage and quit yo-yo dieting for good! My clients learn to listen to their bodies and determine what foods are good for them. Being a holistic health coach, I look at the whole picture as we dive deep into our careers, relationships, nutrition and spirituality as everything is connected in our overall health and relationship with food.
I also work part-time as a GM of CrossFit Shallow Lake. This allows me to work with athletes to improve their performance and also work on bettering their relationships with food as many athletes lifestyles lead to eating disorders. An area I know all too well from personal experience with past eating obsessions myself.
