After years of slamming down energy drinks and coffee, eating frozen dinners and Doritos for breakfast and lunch, I knew I needed to change the way I was eating or I would be in for a world of dis-ease. I just wanted to feel better and have more energy. First, I quit smoking cigarettes then I started reading anything I could on nutrition. I knew a whole food plant-based lifestyle was the best for me as I already knew meat and dairy were horrible for my stomach as I have a very hard time digesting either. Now, 8 years later I’m studying to get my Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach Certificate and then to become a Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner. I am beyond excited to be able to help others become the best versions of themselves and to get them feeling 1000%.
