Hi! My name is Charity and I am an RN and mother of 2 busy boys. I have always had an interest in health, and had initiated my life long career with first becoming an LPN, then furthering into my RN BScN designation. Post graduation I further specialized in Maternal-Child Health Studies with a Neonatal focus. I’ve since worked with mostly pregnant women and paediatric populations. I’ve enjoyed a life long interest in nutrition and its effects on our overall well being. I am often found reading the latest research in nutrition and tweaking my friends and families diets to maximize their physical health and well-being, offering tips and advice as they become available to me. I also have a keen interest in primal nutrition and, for myself, tend to lean this way in my nutritive journey. I made the decision to further my studies into health coaching when I realized the vast deficit of knowledge that exists in our current population, with many people following old information that has been proven ineffective and in some cases damaging to their health. I see a great need for qualified and well researched advice that promotes the health and well being of each unique individual’s body type & lifestyle. There is so much information to be found via the internet, but which advice works best for you? Where do you even begin? In today’s busy work and home lives, it would be ideal if you could have the most appropriate answers available at your fingertips, customized and ready to go so you can maximize your time and efforts in health and all the other important parts of your life that makes you “whole”.
