Hi, I’m Christopher! I’m a RN who has 26 years experience in various health care setting.  My background includes experience in health and safety, acute care medicine, leadership and clinical education.

My interest in human behaviour and passion for personal development inspired me to pursue a career in life coaching.  For the past few years I’ve immersed myself intensely to lifelong learning around health promotion, holistic transformation and coaching. Aside from being a full time RN I also enjoy being a health coach or simply, a Nursecoach ♥.  In recent years, I’ve completed certifications in Life & Executive Coaching and Master Life Coaching from two different programs.  And not so long ago, I graduated from Nutraphoria School of Holisitc Nutrition with a diploma in Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach program.

With the past experience and newly acquired knowledge in holistic health and coaching, I am now on a mission to help and support people, especially my colleagues in the health care industry, in their journey towards lifestyle change and health transformation.
