Nutrition and fitness are my expertise. I am a very active person from strength training to yoga to HIIT. I love having a healthy nutritious diet to help me with my active lifestyle and feel good. When I eat good I feel good and look good. Eating well has helped treat my acne, lose a few pounds, tone up, and grow muscle. It’s important to heal your inside first, so that we can heal the outside. I want to help educate my clients that nutrition can not only make you look better on the outside, but feel better on the inside!
